Shipping Policy

At Burp’nBaby®, each order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. We know you’re excited to receive your items, and our goal is to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During new product launches, special promotions, holidays, or periods of higher-than-normal order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and the shipping method selected. Burp’nBaby® does not currently offer free shipping.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Selecting an expedited shipping option does not shorten our 3–5 business day processing period unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Burp’nBaby® ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Burp’nBaby® is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is received.

Carrier Delays & Delivery

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Burp’nBaby® cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates; however, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you determine the best next steps.

Thank you for choosing Burp’nBaby® - beautifully made essentials for life’s sweetest little moments.
