We’re looking for a warm, driven Sales Representative (Retail & Brand Partnerships) with hands-on retail experience and a passion for building boutique brands. If you love opening doors, nurturing accounts, and telling a heartfelt product story, we’d love to hear from you.

1. Briefly summarize your retail and brand experience (roles, brands you’ve represented, and 2–3 key results or metrics).
2. Which retail relationships or categories do you know best (e.g., baby boutiques, gift shops, hospital gift, department/specialty)? Share 3–5 relevant doors or buyer contacts you’ve worked with (if applicable).
3. Draft a 3–5 sentence outreach message you would send to introduce Burp’nBaby to a new boutique.
4. Describe a time you grew a territory or turned a “no” into a “yes.” What did you do, and what was the outcome?
5. Where are you based, when could you start if offered, and what are your compensation expectations?
