Return & Exchange Policy
At Burp’nBaby, we understand that life with little ones can get a little messy, and sometimes, that includes returns.
We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right with care and ease.
Our Promise
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, we’ll gladly exchange it or provide a refund once your return is received and reviewed, following the above conditions.
Please note: Final Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Begin
- Email our friendly customer care team at customerservice@burpnbaby.com with your order number and a short note about your return or exchange.
- Once our team has verified your return, we will reply with return instructions and next steps.
- Pack your item securely (include your order confirmation or invoice inside) and send it back with love.
- We recommend you insure your return shipment. We can’t replace items lost or damaged in transit.
- We don't provide prepaid shipping labels for online returns, unless item comes damaged or we messed up your order.
A Few Helpful Notes
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
- Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All Sale items are final sale.
- Items brought during during promotions or evens with a discount are eligible for store credit only, following all return conditions.
- Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, damaged, and has all original tags attached.
