Return & Exchange Policy At Burp’nBaby™ we want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns will be accepted if returned within three weeks (21 days) of purchase. If your product was defective in any way, a full refund or exchange will be granted within 21 days of purchase with original tags in place. Please remember that our Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases for merchandise. Damaged or Merchandise Inaccuracy: Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale Items": are FINAL SALE and for that reason cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. All returns are accepted within 21 days from the shipped date. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags intact and it must include the original invoice in order to receive a refund or exchange. All returns past 21 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. Details and Limitations: Your refund will be provided in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made, minus the shipping fee. Please pack and seal your returns securely and include the original invoice and return form. All returned packages should be insured. BNB cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
